  • 2-DAY ELOPEMENT TIMELINE DESIGN

    Your 2-day timeline will be completely customized to your wishes - from accommodation, restaurant, and activity recommendations to gathering the best local vendors.

    Besides the wedding day, we’ll include an additional photoshoot with your premium photographer on the day before or after your elopement, capturing your relationship through an intimate, candid photoshoot.

  • ART DIRECTION & PERSONALIZATION

    To make your elopement truly bespoke and unique, we will ask about your love story and incorporate its elements into the elopement experience.

    We work with internationally recognized photographers who will create a unique experience by providing the highest quality service. You'll be able to select the photographer who best suits your style and personality.

  • PREMIUM VENDOR & VENUE SOURCING

    It is not just about pictures; it is about ART. From selecting the right venues and locations to incorporating artistic elements, we’ll design a poetic scenery that reflects your love story.

    From dreamy castles and historical venues to hidden spots that only locals know, we will find the perfect locations as well as your ideal vendors that will not only showcase but enhance the vision you have in your heart.

PREMIUM ELOPEMENT QUOTATION

The Premium Elopement Experience includes:

  • A 2-day itinerary including wedding planning and coordination (timeline, team & locations), accommodation sourcing & concierge service

  • A superb wedding ceremony with a mindful celebrant: A symbolic wedding ceremony custom-made just for you, with meaningful traditions and rituals that reflect you as a couple. Our distinguished officiants can also provide you with guidance and support in writing heartfelt wedding vows.  

  • On-the-day coordination: A professional wedding director who will ensure everything runs smoothly according to the plan, allowing you to relax and fully immerse yourselves into your special day.

  • A 4-hour elopement photoshoot with art direction: Our world-renowned photographers featured in magazines such as Vogue and Brides will create the perfect composition that matches your style and artfully captures those precious moments.

  • An additional 2-hour couple photoshoot: To take place either before or after your elopement at a location of your dreams.

  • A hand-crafted flower bouquet and buttonhole:  A lovely, distinctive bouquet for the bride and a matching boutonniere for the groom.

  • Hair & Makeup Artist both days: A talented artist tailoring looks to complement your natural beauty at your accommodation.

FAQs and Additional Costs

  • We recommend having the Premium Elopement Experience without guests ensuring that the focus is on the two of you. In case you’d like to have your family or friends as part of the ceremony please check our Standard Elopement Packages where we can consider up to 10 guests.

  • The premium venue could be your accommodation or an external venue (ie. an old theatre, or a botanical garden….). While the cost of your accommodation is not included in the price, we can support you in your search for the ideal place to enjoy your first night as a married couple.

  • To be confirmed depending on the number of vendors, location, and travel distance. In the case of a particularly secluded destination, the travel costs may be higher. As a reference, the average travel costs tend to be around 1,000€.

    This fee usually covers parking, gasoline, flights, and accommodation of the vendors and covers the expenses.

  • Accommodation and flights are not included in the price and should be booked by the couple separately.

    There may be additional costs involved for rental and photography permits in specific locations. As part of the elopement planning, we will suggest a list of free and paid locations and inform you about any potential additional costs so you can make a decision that suits you best.
