REFERRAL PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By participating in the Somewhere Crazy Referral Program, you agree to abide by the following terms.

Eligibility

You will only refer couples who understand the meaning of elopements and are genuinely interested in our planning services.

Referral Process

To refer someone, fill out the referral form (preferred) or send us an email with information about your prospective client and their request at hello@somewherecrazy.com.

In order to consider a referral valid, the inquiry has to be new to Somewhere Crazy (we can provide you with a screenshot from our database in the case of an existing inquiry).

Furthermore, the agreement must result in a completed service booking for Somewhere Crazy.

Commission

You will receive a commission of 10% of the total service cost, including VAT, for each successful referral.

The agreed commission is calculated on the the Elopement Planning Services (more information can be found here).
Commissions will be paid out in accordance with our payment schedule, typically within 30 days after our referred services have been paid in full.

In the event that the couple decides to book one of our Elopement Packages excluding your services, we will provide you with a commission on the whole Standard Elopement Package.

Limits

There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make.
However, Somewhere Crazy reserves the right to decline a referral for lack of work capacity.

Compliance

All referrals must adhere to Somewhere Crazy's policies and standards.
Inappropriate or fraudulent referrals will result in disqualification from the program.

Privacy

We respect the privacy of all referred parties and comply with all applicable data protection laws.

Modification and Termination

Somewhere Crazy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program or these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

In such instance, Somewhere Crazy will still pay out all the commission owed on bookings that were closed prior to the termination of the referral program.
