Because Sintra’s landscape includes steep roads and forested paths, private transportation is required. Access to Sintra’s protected areas and specific viewpoints demands a licensed vehicle, so private transport is included in the package. Short walks may still be needed to reach the most scenic spots, and we design your itinerary to keep all transitions smooth and manageable.

After you book, your planner helps you choose ceremony locations, select vendors, and map out the flow of your day. As the date approaches, your coordinator finalises logistics and prepares your detailed schedule. On the day, the team guides each step to ensure your experience is relaxed and well organised.

Covered options must be selected in advance, so we recommend choosing a Plan B location with shelter. Vendors remain flexible during the day, and we guide you through weather‑smart decisions to keep your experience running smoothly.

A deposit secures your date, and the remaining balance is divided into simple instalments outlined clearly at booking.

Your full gallery is delivered within 6 months, although many couples receive their photos and videos earlier. Generally, photos arrive in 2–3 months and videos in 4–6 months, with express delivery available from some vendors.

The Custom-Made Package includes a symbolic ceremony, 4 hours of photography, a bouquet and boutonnière, private transportation, personalised itinerary and timeline design, vendor coordination, and full on‑the‑day support. You also receive continuous communication throughout planning, and additional services can be added.

Yes, micro weddings are welcome. We help you choose locations and a flow that works comfortably with a small group. A guest coordination fee applies to cover the added logistics.
