We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Honeymoon Planner and Travel Specialist to join our team on a freelance basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with us to offer personalized honeymoon recommendations that align with our clients' preferences and travel goals.
Research and suggest top honeymoon destinations based on clients’ interests, budget, and desired experiences.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to couples, ensuring all aspects of their honeymoon are meticulously planned and executed.
Maintain relationships with travel vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality service and competitive pricing.
Ensure a seamless transition from the elopement experience to the honeymoon.
Stay up to date on travel trends, destination insights, and new offerings that align with our brand's values and style.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a travel agent, honeymoon planner, or in a similar role within the travel or events industry.
Strong knowledge of travel destinations, especially honeymoon spots (romantic getaways, luxury travel, unique experiences).
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, with excellent communication skills, and a client-centered approach.
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
Experience working remotely and managing projects independently.
Must be able to represent our brand values and deliver exceptional experiences
Compensation & Collaboration Model
This is a commission-based freelance position. Our agency provides high-quality leads, and you take charge of converting them into booked honeymoons.
While you will operate as an independent freelancer, you will work under our brand and represent our agency’s values and high standards. This means that all client communication, proposals, and services should align with our brand identity and quality expectations.
