BIG FRANCE PROMOTION 2024

1. Eligibility

The Big France Promotion is valid for all clients who sign a contract for our Standard Elopement Package in 2025 either in Paris, French Riviera, or Provance, France by December 20th 2024.

2. Promotion Offer

Clients must book an elopement in France with Somewhere Crazy and Abbi as the photographer. If they do so by the end of 2024 for a wedding in 2025, they also win a free couple photoshoot which can be organized pre or post-elopement.

The offer applies to both the Standard Elopement Package and the Premium Elopement Experience in France.

3. Sale Period

The sale period is from the 1st of October to the 20th of December 2024 (inclusive).

4. Non-Accumulative Discounts

The offer during the Big France Promotion cannot be accumulated with any other discounts, promotions, or offers.

5. Booking Confirmation

To secure the discount, clients must sign the contract during the Sale Period and make the required initial payment within 48 hours of signing the contract.

7. Modifications

No modifications or changes to the Terms and Conditions of the Sale will be accepted after the 20th of December 2024.

8. Limits

Somewhere Crazy reserves the right to decline a booking due to reaching full capacity in a certain destination and/or no availability in certain months of the year.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

Standard cancellation and refund policies apply as per the terms outlined in the original contract.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Estonia, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.

10. Reservation of Rights

Somewhere Crazy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Big France Promotion at its discretion.

By signing the contract during the Sale Period, the client agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
