The Guest Fee is between €300 and €600 and covers the logistics, management, and coordination of guests on the elopement day.

At Somewhere Crazy, we pride ourselves on our unique approach to creating unforgettable experiences for couples. We prioritize the couple's preferences, the beauty of the destination, and the thrilling adventure of their elopement, over the more traditional aspects of wedding planning. While we certainly understand the importance of organizing a reception for guests and attending to the formalities, we believe that our focus should be on you, the couple, and their journey. Hence, we don't organize private receptions, parties, or ceremony setups.

Hence, the elopement experience is designed exclusively for the couple. Should you wish to include additional guests, a guest management fee will be applied to cover extra vendor costs and logistics.

The guest management fees are as follows:

• 1 to 5 guests: €300 total

• 6 to 10 guests: €600 total

Our goal is to create a truly special and unforgettable celebration that reflects the couple's personality, passions, and dreams, while also incorporating the breathtaking landscapes and cultural traditions of their chosen destination. If this is how you envisioned your intimate wedding, we will be happy to help you organize your special day! If you are instead looking for a more traditional wedding, we would recommend choosing a different planning service that focuses on that aspect. 

Private Venue Management Fee - between €300 and €500 for the management and communication with the venue

If the elopement ceremony takes place in a private venue, the wedding planner may charge an additional fee for the management and communication with the private venue. This fee is intended to cover the costs associated with communicating and coordinating with the private venue on behalf of the couple. Our dedicated team will handle all necessary arrangements, including venue selection, contract negotiations, and addressing any specific requirements.

If there is no private venue management involved in the organization of the event, the fee won't be charged.

Please note, that this fee is different from the fee for the rental of the private venue.

TBD - between €200 and €300 depending on the number of vendors, location, and travel distance. Please note that in the case of a particularly secluded destination, the travel costs may be higher.

The Travel Costs is a ballpark figure to cover the expenses vendors will have to afford to get to your elopement to get to the location of your elopement and to get around the itinerary of the day. This fee usually covers parking, gasoline, or tolls.

As we work with local vendors, the travel fees are never too high. We usually don't fly vendors from abroad so there aren’t costs like accommodation, flights, etc. This fee covers the expenses of all the vendors involved on your elopement day. 

Please note that we might charge an additional fee for last-minute bookings. The fee amount will depend on the season, popularity of the destination, and availability of vendors.
