Our elopement packages in Venice will ensure you’re covered on all fronts. We know all the unique hidden spots away from the crowds. You'll feel the charm of art and history at each location, each has a truly special feel and makes a spectacular backdrop for photographs.
Located in northeast Italy, across a number of small islands, Venice's climate feels almost subtropical. You will feel the seasons with cold winters, warm springs, crisp falls, and baking summers.
Rainfall is low, but since the city is built on a shallow lagoon, it's always a little humid.
We will send you the schedule of your day around two weeks before your intimate wedding or elopement in Venice.
Every couple's elopement timeline is different, depending on the location, season, and time of the day but generally speaking, the ceremony is usually around 20 minutes long and we will have to factor in the duration of the photoshoot.
The whole experience usually lasts a total of 4 hours but we recommend keeping the whole day available in case plans unexpectedly change. The best outdoor lighting happens in the two hours around sunrise and sunset, so we usually recommend that the elopement ceremony is held close to then.
It's no secret that the quickest way to get around Venice is on foot. Which is also a wonderful way to explore the city during your elopement photoshoot!
Water taxis are another good way to get around Venice. However, for your wedding day, it’s worth having a tour on a traditional gondola, perfect for enjoying a relaxing and romance-filled afternoon after the elopement ceremony!
