Booking and Payment Terms

Wedding Planning Fee & Payment Plan

As compensation for the Wedding Planner the Client agrees to pay the price of the Standard Elopement Package and the requested Extra Services. A non-refundable booking deposit is to be paid upon execution of this Contract, at which point the Wedding Planner will commence planning services. 

The remaining balance should be paid to the Wedding Planner in one or two installments before the event date, according to the agreed payment plan.

The booking deposit starts from €1500, however it could be higher based on several factors: popularity of the destination, proximity in time and / or availability of vendors in the destination of choice and payments of booking deposit of private venues.

The Wedding Planner constructs and arranges a payment plan in order to secure vendors and services for the Client’s elopement. 

If the Client fails to make the payments as specified and when requested, the Wedding Planner shall have the right to immediately terminate the Agreement without further obligation to refund money, including the non-refundable booking deposit or to perform services at the Event.

If the Wedding Planner cannot plan the Event after the initial payment is made, the deposit and any other payment made until that date will be refunded to the Client.

Cancellation Policy and Refunds

Once the due date of an instalment passes, that portion of the payment becomes non-refundable. Essentially this means all payments are non-refundable once they are paid. 

Further payments may be necessary to cover any deposits paid to venues and vendors.

In the unlikely event that the Wedding Planner is unable to perform the Event for unforeseen circumstances (i.e. hospitalisation, road traffic incident, flight delays and travel disruptions out of Wedding Planner’s control, transportation breakdown, etc.), the Wedding Planner will make reasonable attempts to provide an alternative solution at no additional cost to the Client.

In the event that the Wedding Planner must cancel this Agreement of Services due to unforeseen circumstances, the Client shall be refunded the full fees, including the deposit, paid for the Services. 

Forms of Payment

All payments must be made using the information and preferred payment method communicated to you by your Wedding Planner.
