As a part of our desire to grow and expand, we’re opening an event planner position.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Elopement Planner will be responsible for planning and coordinating all aspects of elopements in several countries in Europe and beyond.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Event planning: all aspects of the wedding planning process including venue/vendor selection, logistics, budgets, timelines and vendors management and communication, etc.
Take sales calls with prospective clients.
Provide excellent customer service and act as the primary point of contact for couples during the planning process

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Previous experience in event planning or client management
Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Team player
International travel and cross-cultural experience is a plus
Expertise in Google Drive and familiarity with project management software such as Clickup is a plus
Strong knowledge of English is required in this role, Italian or Spanish is a plus

CONDITIONS:

COMMITMENT: full-time
WORK SPACE: Access to a centrally located creative co-working space in Barcelona.
WORK SCHEDULE: Relative flexibility*
The standard work schedule typically encompasses Monday through Friday. However, we require the candidate to be available for a minimum of two days per week until 10 p.m and one weekend day to handle sales calls, beginning two months after the commencement of the contract.
DURATION: The engagement is set for a period of 6 months*
Extension Possibility: There exists an opportunity for an extension to a long-term position. This decision will be contingent upon various factors, including booking volumes, performance evaluations, and cost assessments.
START DATE: Immediate commencement is preferred
TRIAL PERIOD: The initial probationary period shall span one month, after which a performance review will be conducted.

COMPENSATION:

SALARY: ∼25.000 Euros gross
COMMITMENT: Expected workload is of 35-40 hours per week
CLASSIFICATION: The engagement is as an independent contractor (Autonomo in Spain)
